Prototype V1

The prototype took shy of 100 hours to manufacture, not including the time for design. 5kg of a variety of filaments were used. The prototype design embedded proper tolerancing for assembly.

Six Wheeled Chasis

The  6-wheeled chassis is designed for stability and mobility across uneven terrain, using a distributed wheel system and integrated suspension to maintain traction and control. Its modular structure allows for efficient load support and adaptability as different subsystems and configurations are tested and refined.

Solidworks Model

Our Chassis Model is composed of 355 components designed with tolerancing for manufacturability. The model is also the baseline for all future simulations.

6 Main SubSystem

Our CAD model is composed of 6 main subsystems with 355 components that represent our bill of materials. Reflects the sophistication and complexity of the model.

Winter 2025

130 Hours spent from Dec,19 2025- Jan 19, 2026 Learning, implementing FEA analysis. 10 Design cycles with FEA-driven redesign iterations. Average call time via Teams was 7 hours per day, Max  12 hours per call.
